I am a second year graduate student-athlete at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. I'm pursuing my Master's in Strategic Communication in the Hussman School of Journalism and Media. Prior to UNC, I received my Bachelor's of Science from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

During my time at UNC, I've further developed my passion for storytelling. I built a WordPress website called "Live Simply." Inspired by Marie Kondo, the site showed my journey to simplify home organization. Additionally, I built this personal website with samples of my work and stories featuring athletes and their ACL injuries. In more detail on my resume, I've successfully created content for brands to develop a cohesive voice, tone and messaging.

During my athletic career I tore the same ACL twice in one year. Throughout my recovery, I learned the power of never giving up and hard work. As a result of my perseverance and probably a little bit of luck, I was granted a 6th year to compete for a National Championship with the number 1 ranked UNC women's lacrosse team.
